• Before October 2022, the candidate must have finished or be on track to earn a previous degree.
• To apply for a Master’s degree, you must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• To be eligible for a PhD, a candidate must hold a Masters Degree Certificate.
• Students must have a prior degree with a CGPA of 3 on a scale of 4 or an 80 percent graduation rate.
• Applicants must have been born on or after April 2, 1987 to be eligible.
