• All countries around the globe are eligible. You must have been accepted into or be enrolled in a full-time PhD program in the humanities or social sciences for the first, second, or third year (broadly defined).
• At least one of the Foundation’s four fundamental topics must be addressed in your PhD work: Human Rights and Dignity, Responsible Citizenship, Canada and the World, and People and the Natural Environment.
