Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this scholarship:

• Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens of any nationality.
• Physical and mental health are both important.
• Academic Performance and Potential that Exceeds Expectations
• Applicants to the Master’s Program must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Applicants to doctoral programs must have a master’s degree.
• Knowledge of a foreign language. You do not need to produce English Language Proof if you have completed your education in English.
