The NGO’s message was scattered across projects and languages. Donors couldn’t see where money went, the donation flow had 7 steps, and content targeted “everyone” instead of real audiences. Search visibility was weak (no schema, slow pages), and there was no clear measurement of which campaigns drove donations or volunteers.
How We Solve This Project
Created topic clusters and hub pages (Programs, Impact Reports, How Funds Are Used, Get Involved) with multilingual support and Nonprofit/FAQ schema.
Fixed speed & UX (Core Web Vitals), added DonateAction markup, and launched a 3-step donation funnel: preset impact amounts, monthly as default, fewer fields, multiple payment options.
