HOW TO CHANGE THE WHATSAPP BACKGROUND ON YOUR IOS

If you’re keen to change your WhatsApp wallpaper, it’s simple enough to change the message background to (mostly) whatever you want it to be. Here’s how to change the WhatsApp background on iOS-based phones.

1. Open WhatsApp and tap Settings.

2. Tap Chats.

3. Tap Chat Wallpaper.

4. Tap Wallpaper Library, Solid Colors, or Photos depending on your choice.

   Note: Wallpaper Library gives you a selection of predefined options. Solid Colors is self-explanatory, and Photos allows you to pick a background from your Photos album.

5. Tap your choice of wallpaper.

6. Tap Set.

   Note: You can choose to browse through other options by swiping left or right between the available choices.

7. The background has now been changed.

HOW TO CHANGE WHATSAPP BACKGROUND ON YOUR ANDROID

If you want to change your message wallpaper on Android, the process is very similar but requires looking in a slightly different place. Here’s how to change your WhatsApp background on Android phones.

1. Open WhatsApp.

2. Tap the three-line More icon.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Chats.

5. Tap Wallpaper > Change.

6. Choose from either your photo album/gallery, solid colors, or the Wallpaper library.

   Note: You may need to download the WhatsApp Wallpaper library before using it.

7. Tap your chosen option.

8. Tap Set.

9. The WhatsApp wallpaper has now been changed across all chat windows.
