To zoom in while you’re taking a photo on Snapchat, you’ll need to use both hands and then take the photo.

1. Make sure you’re on the camera screen on Snapchat.

2. Using two fingers, place them where you want to zoom in and then slide them apart to do so.

3. Press the camera button to take your zoomed-in picture.

4. To zoom back out, use two fingers to pinch the screen to the amount you want to be zoomed out.

HOW TO ZOOM IN WHILE TAKING A VIDEO

Zooming in during a video on Snapchat is very easy. You can do it using just one hand while you are recording so that your video is seamless.

1. Make sure you’re on the camera screen on Snapchat.

2. Take a video by holding down the record button.

3. With the finger you have held down, you can slide it up to zoom in and back down to zoom out again.

4. Or, After you hold down the camera button to take a video, slide to the left to lock into video mode. You should see an icon of a lock appear and your timer will turn yellow.
5. Now, you can use two fingers on your screen and slide them apart to zoom in and pinch on the screen to zoom out.
