Privacy Policy For PreacherMan AI
Effective date: 26 September 2026
Last updated: 26 September 2026
24SevenHUB Digital (also operating as TWENTY4SEVEN DIGITAL HUB) (“24SevenHUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides PreacherMan AI, including its Windows desktop application, online beta features, websites, licensing services, customer support, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect or process the following categories of information.
A. Account, licence, and contact information
- Your name and email address when you start a trial, purchase or activate a licence, request support, or otherwise contact us.
- Licence keys, activation status, subscription or entitlement information, activation and deactivation history, and limited device identifiers used to bind a licence to an authorised device and prevent fraud or unauthorised use.
- Communications you send to our support team.
B. Microphone, speech, and transcription information
- When you intentionally start the listener, PreacherMan AI accesses the microphone you select to capture speech and produce a transcript.
- In offline mode, microphone audio and transcription are processed on the device to provide the requested functionality, except where a feature clearly states that it requires an internet connection.
- When you intentionally use an online or beta speech-recognition feature, audio, transcript segments, or both may be transmitted securely to our servers or to the relevant speech-recognition or browser service provider for processing. These providers may process the information under their own privacy terms.
- We do not activate the microphone unless you initiate or enable a listening feature and grant the required operating-system or browser permission.
C. Content and results
- Transcript text, Bible references, search terms, detected passages, feedback, corrections, dismissed matches, and other content submitted for scripture matching, quotation discovery, fact checking, or related features.
- Broadcast and output settings used for integrations such as OBS Studio, vMix, or compatible presentation software.
D. Technical, diagnostic, and usage information
- Application version, operating-system version, device type, language, general configuration, feature usage, performance measurements, crash reports, error logs, timestamps, and security events.
- Internet Protocol address and basic server-request information when the Service connects to our licensing, online, payment-confirmation, update, or support systems.
- We aim to limit diagnostic data to information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
E. Purchase and payment information
- Purchase status, amount, currency, transaction reference, payment confirmation, and related billing information supplied by our payment processor.
- Payments may be processed by Flutterwave, Microsoft, or another payment provider presented at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking credentials. Payment providers process those details under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
F. Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from app stores, payment processors, speech-recognition providers, authentication or infrastructure providers, and support services when necessary to deliver the Service, confirm purchases, prevent fraud, or resolve a request.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide speech recognition, transcription, scripture detection, Bible-story matching, quotation discovery, fact-checking, broadcast output, and other requested features;
- issue, activate, validate, transfer, suspend, or revoke licences and administer trials;
- process and confirm purchases;
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- investigate crashes, abuse, fraud, security threats, and unauthorised access;
- provide customer support and respond to communications;
- deliver important operational, security, licensing, or policy notices;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- create aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not reasonably identify an individual.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information:
- to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before entering a contract;
- with your consent, including when you grant microphone access or choose an optional online feature;
- for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Service, provided those interests do not override your rights; and
- to comply with legal obligations or protect vital and legal interests.
You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- hosting, database, security, analytics, customer-support, email, speech-recognition, and technical service providers acting on our behalf;
- payment processors and app stores for payment, purchase verification, refunds, fraud prevention, and entitlement management;
- professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Service;
- a successor or relevant participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
- another party when you instruct us or provide consent.
Service providers are permitted to use information only for the contracted services or as independently required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing active licences and support, maintaining security and transaction records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Retention periods vary by data type. For example, licence and transaction records may be retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and an appropriate period afterward, while diagnostic logs may be retained for a shorter operational period. We may retain de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, secure communications, restricted server access, authentication controls, monitoring, and software updates.
No system or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, account credentials, licence key, and network environment and for promptly installing security updates.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion or restriction of certain processing;
- object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request a portable copy of eligible information; and
- complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.
You may disable microphone permission through Windows or browser settings and may stop the listener within the application. Disabling microphone access will prevent speech-listening features from operating but should not prevent access to unrelated features.
To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
8. International Data Transfers
Our service providers or infrastructure may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards intended to protect personal information during international transfers. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for general ministry, church, broadcast, educational, and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorisation. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Organisations using the Service with minors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required by applicable law and for providing appropriate supervision.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may connect to or contain links to third-party services, including Microsoft, Flutterwave, browser or speech-recognition providers, websites, and broadcast tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting information or enabling an integration.
11. Audio, Broadcasts, and Other People
If you record, transcribe, stream, display, or otherwise process another person’s speech using PreacherMan AI, you are responsible for providing any required notice and obtaining any consent required by the laws, policies, or agreements applicable to your use. Do not use the Service to monitor or record people unlawfully.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, providers, or legal requirements. We will publish the updated Policy with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
