It seems that she didn’t lead the glamorous life that we all assumed she did. It was a living torment for her, but not so much for Ariana Grande, who was one of her key co-stars.

Due to this book, McCurdy has received support from several former Nickelodeon stars, but Ariana is yet to respond. It is evident that her discoveries in the book are to blame for this lack of support.

The “iCarly” star was open and honest about the main reason she didn’t just despise but also felt jealous of Ariana Grande during their time on the one-season television program “Sam & Cat.”

McCurdy was starting to get a lot of job opportunities but her contract and her lack of stardom prevented her from going to countless auditions. Contrary to Ariana Grande, who was already a star and was perdoned if she had to skip the taping of a show due to other engagements.

It was during one of these times after getting denied to attend an audition that Ariana Grande was allowed to skip filming.

That’s when McCurdy completely snapped. In her book, she made sure that the reader was aware she was fuming at Grande for having a bigger star status then she had at the time. Although, Ariana Grande still is a bigger box office draw than Curdy because she remained in the industry.
