- We are looking for dedicated and experienced Area Sales Managers to help lead a team of Direct Sales Executives and improve sales in their allocated geographic area.

RESPONSIBILITIES || Area Sales Manager (FMCG)
- Develop and implement sales-boosting strategies and activities in the designated territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to look for new business prospects in the designated territory.
- To give sales data and estimates for the designated territory on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Plan and meet the designated territory’s monthly sales goals.
- Ensure product availability at retailer locations.
- Ensure that team effort is optimized toward the achievement of established goals.
- Supervise, coach, and train your team to better market and merchandise your portfolio’s products.
QUALIFICATION || Area Sales Manager (FMCG)
- An HND is required, as well as 5 years of sales experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning, NND, and market analysis are all examples of territory management skills.
- Customer relationship management expertise.
- Good analytical and computational abilities are required.
- Knowledge of data collection, sales analytics, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Negotiation skills are exceptional
