JOB DESCRIPTION || Warehouse Operations Manager At TradeDepot
- The Warehouse Operations Manager is in charge of all warehouse operations at TradeDepot. This entails developing and improving efficient and long-term processes that ensure that business objectives and productivity targets are attained.
- The job holder is also responsible for ensuring that correct inventory levels are received, stored, and dispatched across TradeDepot’s warehouses and depots.

RESPONSIBILITIES || Warehouse Operations Manager At TradeDepot
Warehouse Operations (70%):
- Restructure and lead TradeDepot’s warehousing operations while remaining fully aware of the financial and operational ramifications.
- Ensure that receiving, material handling, and warehousing processes are efficient.
- Control inventory levels at the aggregate and individual levels across all storage/pickup locations.
- Plan layout, product flow, and product handling systems as needed, and analyze warehouse design to ensure optimum space utilization.
- At all storage/pickup facilities, you are responsible for order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain warehouse/depot safety and security standards.
Leadership Responsibilities (20%):
- Build and create a world-class Warehouse Operations team by playing a strong leadership role.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices to support job performance of the Warehouse Operations team.
General Responsibilities (10%):
- Give the management team suggestions and realistic forecasts.
- Ascertain that accurate and complete records are kept.
- In all activities, follow TradeDepot’s Equal Opportunity policy and actively support equality of opportunity whenever possible.
- Keep up to date on all laws and regulations, and make sure TradeDepot follows them.
- Assume any additional responsibilities that may be expected.

QUALIFICATION || Warehouse Operations Manager At TradeDepot
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the industry.
- Warehouse management expertise.
- Excellent people management, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Numerical skills and a high level of computer literacy.
- Problem solver extraordinaire.
- Strong focus on the details.
